Shipping Policy
Majority of our items are Pre-Order based to prevent unnecessary waste & dead stock.
Typically, our magazines arrive to our HQ from our printing manufactures 1-2 weeks after pre orders have ended and we aim to send out Pre-Order items roughly 2 weeks from when they arrive in our HQ.
Please consolidate each specific Pre-Order item's page for a more detailed Pre Order schedule.
For any potential in-stock items we have, in-stock orders placed Monday–Thursday will be consolidated into weekly shipments and handed off to our shipping partners on Sundays. You’ll receive a notification and tracking number as soon as your order is packaged.
Orders placed between Friday - Sundays will be counted as the following Monday orders and follow the above schedule (this is so i can rest).
Refund Policy
Chiffon Magazine does not accept returns or refund requests, except when customers receive the wrong item(s) or receive a heavily defective (misprinted) magazine. However, you (the customer), will need to pay for shipping back and form to our HQ in London, UK & your residence.
Please understand, we're a small team and not a corporation so we may not always be able to satisfy your return or refund needs.
